  • Orders are processed only after confirmation of payment and order verification.
  • Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Bulk orders, customized products, and private label manufacturing orders may require additional production time depending on order quantity and specifications.
  • Orders are processed during regular business working days excluding Sundays and public holidays.



2. Shipping Coverage

Clean Wipe currently ships products across India and may support international shipping for approved bulk or export orders.

Shipping availability may vary depending on location, logistics accessibility, regulatory restrictions, or courier partner serviceability.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on destination and shipping method:

  • Jaipur & Nearby Areas: 1–3 business days
  • Major Indian Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
  • Bulk / Private Label Orders: As per mutually agreed production and dispatch schedule


Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary based on order quantity, destination, package weight, and shipping method.
  • Applicable shipping charges will be communicated during order confirmation or checkout.
  • Bulk and B2B shipments may be quoted separately based on logistics requirements.



5. Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, customers may receive shipment or tracking details via email, phone, or WhatsApp, subject to courier availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information to avoid delays.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer during order placement.
  • Customers or authorized recipients may be required to acknowledge receipt of shipments.
  • Clean Wipe shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or failed delivery attempts.



7. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service issues
  • Production delays for customized orders


Clean Wipe shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.


8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers are advised to inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If products are received damaged, defective, leaking, or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share photographs of the package and products.
  • Provide invoice or order details for verification.


Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be accepted.


9. International Shipping

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import regulations, or clearance charges applicable in the destination country.
  • Delivery timelines for export orders may vary depending on customs processing and local regulations.



10. Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided shipping address or transfer to the designated logistics provider.
