Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products, opened or used products are generally non-returnable unless:
- The product received is damaged,
- Defective,
- Incorrectly supplied, or
- Expired at the time of delivery.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order details.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification and approval by the Company.
